Lakeshore Records & Invada Records will release a soundtrack album for the drama Aftersun. The album features the film’s original music composed by Oliver Coates (The Stranger, Significant Other). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, January 13 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Aftersun is written and directed by Charlotte Wells and stars Paul Mescal, Frankie Corio and Celia Rowlson-Hall. The movie follows a young girl who reflects on the shared joy and private melancholy of a holiday she took with her father twenty years earlier. The drama, which premiered at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, was released in theaters in October by A24 and is now also available on VOD.
