Anne Nikitin (American Animals, The Dropout, Fate: The Winx Saga, Lost Girls, Mrs. Wilson) & Jessica Jones (The Tinder Swindler) have composed the original music for the new Netflix documentary series Our Universe. The show is narrated by Morgan Freeman and explores the connections that drive our natural world. The 6-parter uses groundbreaking animation to dramatize the celestial forces that generated our solar system, while modern camera and CGI technology bring the audience up close and personal with some of the most iconic animals on Earth. Andrew Cohen (Universe, Nova) is executive producing the BBC Studios production. Our Universe will premiere next Tuesday, November 22 on Netflix.
Nikitin’s other recent projects include the Starz original series Dangerous Liaisons, which just premiered earlier this month.
