Rob Simonsen (Ghostbusters: Afterlife, The Way Back, (500) Days of Summer, Nerve, The Age of Adeline, Foxcatcher) has composed the original music for the upcoming Netflix original film The Adam Project. The movie is directed by Shawn Levy (Free Guy, Night at the Museum, Real Steel) and stars Ryan Reynolds, Jennifer Garner, Zoe Saldana, Mark Ruffalo, Catherine Keener, Walker Scobell and Alex Mallari Jr. The sci-fi adventure follows a time-traveling pilot who teams up with his younger self and his late father to come to terms with his past while saving the future. Jonathan Tropper (This is Where I Leave You, Warrior) wrote the screenplay based on an earlier draft by Mark Levin, Jennifer Flackett & T.S. Nowlin. David Ellison (Terminator: Dark Fate, The Old Guard), Dana Goldberg & Don Granger (Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, Top Gun: Maverick) are producing the Skydance Media production, alongisde Levy for 21 Laps Entertainment and Reynolds for Maximum Effort. The Adam Project will premiere on March 11, 2022 on Netflix.
