Photek (aka Rupert Parkes) (How to Get Away with Murder, Station 19, Life in a Year, Gang Related, Mosul) has composed the original score for the upcoming action thriller The Protégé. The film is directed by Martin Campbell (Casino Royale, The Mask of Zorro, Goldeneye) and stars Michael Keaton, Maggie Q, Samuel L. Jackson and Robert Patrick. The movie follows the world’s most skilled contract killer who vows revenge when the man who trained her is brutally killed and becomes entangled with an enigmatic killer whose attraction to her goes way beyond cat and mouse. Richard Wenk (The Equalizer, The Mechanic) wrote the screenplay. Arthur Sarkissian (Rush Hour, The Foreigner), Moshe Diamant (Sudden Death, Timecop), Rob Van Norden (Jolt), Yariv Lerner (Rambo: Last Blood, Angel Has Fallen) and Chris Milburn (An American Haunting, Getaway) are producing the Millennium Media production.
