1812 Recordings has released the original title song from the Netflix original documentary Rising Phoenix. The track, which is written and performed by the film’s composer Daniel Pemberton, Toni Hickman, Georgetragic & Keith Jones and produced by Pemberton, is now available to stream/download as a digital single, which also features an instrumental version of Rising Phoenix. As previously reported, the label will release a full soundtrack album featuring the song and Pemberton’s score on August 26. Rising Phoenix is directed by Ian Bonhote & Peter Ettedgui and tells the story of the Paralympic Games and its evolution from the rubble of World War II to the third biggest sporting event on the planet. The documentary will premiere next Wednesday, August 26 on Netflix.
