Hippocampus has released a soundtrack album for the French limited TV series Savages (Les Sauvages). The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Rob (aka Robin Coudert) (Maniac, Revenge, Horns, Troy: Fall of a City). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out the full track list and listen to audio samples. Savages is directed by Rebecca Zlotowski and stars Roschdy Zem, Dali Benssalah, Souheila Yacoub, Marina Foïs, Amira Casar, Romain Levi, Lyna Khoudri and Sofiane Zermani. The drama based on the novels of the same title by Sabri Louatah is set against a backdrop of politics and social tensions in contemporary France. The series is premiering in France tonight on Canal+.
