Nathaniel Blume is scoring the new Fox drama Prodigal Son. The show is created by Chris Fedak (Chuck, Forever) & Sam Sklaver and stars Tom Payne, Michael Sheen, Bellamy Young, Halston Sage, Lou Diamond Phillips, Frank Harts, Keiko Agena and Aurora Perrineau. The series follows a troubled criminal psychologist as he uses his twisted genius to help the NYPD solve crimes. Fedak & Sklaver are also executive producing the Warner Bros. Television and FOX Entertainment production with Greg Berlanti & Sarah Schechter (Riverdale, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina). Lee Toland Krieger (The Age of Adaline, Celeste and Jesse Forever) has directed and executive produced the pilot episode. Blume has previously co-scored the Fedak-created ABC series Deception with Blake Neely. Prodigal Son will premiere on September 23, 2019 and will air every Monday night on Fox. Visit the official show website for updates.

Blume also continues to co-score The CW’s Arrow and The Flash, which will both return for new seasons this fall.

Track doesn’t fit or add to this show. Too dark and disjointed. I’m sure Nat has checked out “Evil”. Perfect example of a track that enhances and subtly draws the colour of the drama.
