Premiering on Wednesday, February 27 is the new ABC comedy drama Whiskey Cavalier created by Dave Hemingson and starring Scott Foley, Lauren Cohan, Ana Ortiz, Tyler James Williams, Josh Hopkins and Vir Das. Harry Gregson-Williams (The Chronicles of Narnia, The Martian, Shrek) & Tom Howe (Early Man, Professor Marston and the Wonder Women) are composing the show’s original music. Also premiering on Wednesday in the U.S. is the limited series Gone created by Matt Lopez and starring Chris Noth, Leven Rambin, Danny Pino, Andy Mientus and Tracie Thoms. The film’s original music is composed by Richard Marvin (U-571, Surrogates, Six Feet Under, Grimm). The drama, which tells the story of a survivor of a highly publicized child-abduction case, and the FBI agent who rescued her, premiered internationally in late 2017/early 2018 and is making its U.S. debut on WGN America. Premiering on Friday, March 1, is the Amazon original series The Widow created by Harry & Jack Williams and starring Kate Beckinsale, Alex Kingston, Charles Dance and Babs Olusanmokun. Also premiering on Friday in the U.S. is the Spanish drama Your Son (Tu Hijo) directed by Miguel Ángel Vivas and starring José Coronado, Ana Wagener and Asia Ortega. Missing from last week’s TV music roundup was the Pop original limited series Flack created by Oliver Lansley and starring Anna Paquin, Lydia Wilson, Rebecca Benson, Sophie Okonedo, Genevieve Angelson, Arinzé Kene, Marc Warren, Rufus Jones and Andrew Leung. Alexander Wolfe is the composer of the show. The comedy drama revolves around a publicity maven who’s an expert at her craft but a complete self-saboteur when it comes to her personal life.
