Quartet Records has announced the details of the soundtrack album for the Spanish comedy Superlópez. The album features the film’s original music composed and conducted by Fernando Velazquez (The Impossible, The Orphanage, Crimson Peak, A Monster Calls, Mama, Hercules) and performed by the Asturias Symphony Orchestra. Superlópez is directed by Javier Ruiz Caldera and stars Dani Rovira, Alexandra Jiménez, Julián López and Maribel Verdú. The movie follows an ordinary and anonymous office worker who decides to expose his superpowers and turns into the first Spanish superhero. The comedy, which opened in Spanish theaters this past November, was the market’s second-highest grossing local film of 2018.
