Trevor Morris has been tapped to score the upcoming Netflix original series Another Life. The show is created by Aaron Martin (Slasher, Saving Hope) and stars Katee Sackhoff, Selma Blair, Justin Chatwin, Tyler Hoechlin, Samuel Anderson, Elizabeth Faith Ludlow, Blu Hunt, A. J. Rivera, Alexander Eling, Alex Ozerov, Jake Abel, JayR Tinaco, Jessica Camacho, Barbara Williams and Lina Renna. The sci-fi drama revolves around an astronaut and her young crew who face unimaginable danger as they go on a high-risk mission to explore the genesis of an alien artifact. Martin is also executive producing the Halfire Entertainment production with Noreen Halpern (Alias Grace, Rookie Blue). Another Life will premiere in 2019 on Netflix.
Morris (Immortals, The Borgias, Olympus/London Has Fallen, The Tudors) also continues to score History’s Vikings, which will return for the second part of its fifth season on November 28, Netflix’s Castlevania, which recently has been renewed for a third season, AT&T Audience Network’s Condor, which will debut its second season next year and Freeform’s Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments (with Jack Wall), which will return for its final episodes in 2019. The composer also recently composed the music for the Gerard Butler-starring action thriller Hunter Killer, which is now playing theaters.
