Victor Reyes (The Night Manager, Buried, Grand Piano) has recently composed the music for the upcoming heist thriller Finding Steve McQueen. The film is directed by Mark Steven Johnson (Ghost Rider, Daredevil, Simon Birch) and stars Travis Fimmel, Forest Whitaker, William Fichtner and Rachael Taylor. The movie is set in 1972 and tells the true story of the biggest bank heist in U.S. history when a group of thieves from Youngstown, Ohio, attempted to steal $30 million from President Richard Nixon’s secret fund. Ken Hixon (City by the Sea) and Keith Sharon (Showtime) wrote the screenplay. Anthony Mastromauro (The Old Man & the Gun), Silvio Muraglia, Andrea Iervolino, Monika Bacardi (To the Bone) and Alexandra Klim (Black Butterfly) are producing the project. No word yet on a release date for the movie.
