Ceiri Torjussen is scoring the upcoming documentary Pistorius. The film is directed by Vaughan Sivell (Prevenge, Third Star) and follows the rise and fall of Oscar Pistorius, the inspiring, Olympic hero turned convicted murderer who made history by becoming the first double-amputee sprinter to compete in the Olympics. Sivell is also producing the project with Sean Richard for Western Edge Pictures, and the Gennaker Group. Torjussen previously scored Sivell’s directorial debut, Mr Calzaghe, as well as the feature The Canal, which Sivell co-produced. Pistorius will premiere in 2018.
As previously reported, Torjussen (Big Ass Spider!, Jack Goes Home) also has the indie drama All Creatures sarring Karen Gillan, David Dastmalchian & Jennifer Morrison, as well as the horror thriller Primal Rage: The Legend of Oh-Mah coming up.
