Walt Disney Records has released the main titles theme song of the reboot of the animated series DuckTales. The song is a cover of the title track from Disney’s classic series written by Mark C. Mueller. The new version is performed by singer/songwriter Felicia Barton and produced by music producer Michael ‘Smidi’ Smith and the show’s composer Dominic Lewis (The Man in the High Castle, Free Birds, Money Monster). Does anyone else find the vocal mix here to be strangely bad? Like I can barely understand the lyrics starting at the first chorus? Seems unusual.
