Raney Shockne has been tapped to score the upcoming thriller Huntsville. The film is directed by Eric England (Contracted, Get the Girl) and stars Dylan McDermott, Sophie Turner and Jack Kilmer. The movie follows a solitary man in a Florida town who develops a questionable relationship with a recently transplanted high school student. Anthony Ragnone wrote the Black List-honored screenplay. Luisa Iskin, Jeff Kalligheri, Kevin Matusow (Touchback), Ash Sarohia and John Wunder are producing the project. Huntsville is expected to premiere later this year.
Shockne (The To Do List, Anger Management) also continues to score CBS’ Kevin Can Wait and USA’s Queen of the South. His most recent feature project, The Assignment, opened in select theaters this past weekend.
