Dan Romer has composed the music for the upcoming comedy drama Krystal. The film is directed by William H. Macy who also stars in the film alongside Grant Gustin, Nick Robinson, Felicity Huffman, T.I., Kathy Bates, Rosario Dawson and John Leguizamo. The movie follows a young man living a sheltered life develops a crush on a stripper and joins her Alcoholics Anonymous group just so he can be in the same room with her. Will Aldis (Avenging Angelo) wrote the screenplay. Rachel Winter (Dallas Buyers Club) and Dan Keston (Stealing Cars, Norman) are producing the project. Krystal is expected to premiere later this year.
As previously reported, Romer also has Jeff Baena’s comedy The Little Hours starring Alison Brie, Dave Franco, Kate Micucci & Aubrey Plaza, as well as the documentary Chasing Coral coming up. His other recent projects include the Amazon series Sneaky Pete, the documentary Brimstone & Glory and the drama Katie Says Goodbye starring Olivia Cooke.
What is the name of the song that played at the ending of the movie, Krystal. It was an instrumental by Dan Romer, I assume. Is it available on a disc.
