Federico Jusid is composing the music for Spain’s first Netflix original movie Seven Years. The film is directed by Roger Gual (Smoking Room, Tasting Menu) and stars Paco Leon, Alex Brendemuhl, Manuel Moron, Juana Acosta and Juan Pablo Raba. The drama tells the story of four friends and founding-partners in a company who one night are forced to find a solution that can save their friendship and themselves. Jose Cabeza and Julia Fontana have written the screenplay. Jusid is also producing the project with Cristian Conti (Undertow, Out of the Dark, Rage) for Cactus Flower. Seven Years is set to premier globally on October 28, 2016.
Jusid’s upcoming projects also include Jonathan Mostow’s Hunter’s Prayer starring Sam Worthington and the thriller Kidnap starring Halle Barry, which will be released on December 2 by Relativity Studios. He also has the Spanish sci-fi drama Órbita 9, as well as the Spanish TV series La catedral del mar coming up.
