Jeff Cardoni has been tapped to score the upcoming ABC comedy Speechless. The show is created by Joey Silveri (Friends, Joey) and stars Minnie Driver, John Ross Bowie, Mason Cook, Micah Fowler, Kyla Kennedy and Cedric Yarbrough. The series centers on a family with a special-needs child that is good with dealing with the challenges it faces and even better at creating new ones. Silveri is also executive producing the 20th Century Fox Television and ABC Studios production with Jake Kasdan (Bad Teacher, New Girl, Orange County) and Melvin Mar (Fresh Off the Boat). Cardoni has previously scored Fox’s The Grinder for the producers. Speechless will premiere on September 21, 2016 and will air every Wednesday night on ABC. Visit the official show website for updates.
Cardoni’s upcoming projects also include the CBS drama Training Day, the features Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life, Smitten! and Bad Kids of Crestview Academy. He recently also scored the comedy Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, which is currently playing in theaters.
