ABKCO Records will release a soundtrack album for the drama Demolition. The album features the songs from the film by artists including Heart, Free, Eric Burdon & The Animals, My Morning Jacket, M. Ward and Sufjan Stevens. The soundtrack will be released digitally on April 8, 2016. Demolition is directed by Jean-Marc Vallee (Wild, Dallas Buyers Club) and stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Naomi Watts, Chris Cooper and Judah Lewis. The movie follows a successful investment banker who loses his wife in a tragic car crash and whose life begins to unravel when he meets a sympathetic woman and her rebellious son. The drama premiered at last year’s Toronto Film Festival and will be released in select theaters on April 8 by Fox Searchlight. Visit the official movie website for more information.
