The details of the soundtrack album for the sci-fi action comedy Pixels have been revealed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Henry Jackman (X-Men: First Class, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Big Hero 6, Wreck-It-Ralph). The soundtrack will be released on July 24, 2015 by Varese Sarabande and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Pixels is directed by Chris Columbus and stars Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Michelle Monaghan, Peter Dinklage, Josh Gad and Brian Cox. The movie follows a former arcade gaming champ who is tasked with saving Earth from an invasion of aliens portrayed as giant versions of classic videogame characters, such as Pac-Man and Donkey Kong.
