Fil Eisler revealed in a recent interview with Buddy TV that he is set to score the upcoming ABC drama pilot Kingmakers. The show is created by Sallie Patrick (Revenge) and stars Gus Halper, Adrian Pasdar, Will Flaherty and Kristin Bauer van Straten. The drama follows a young man whose sister is found dead during her freshman year at an elite Ivy League university and adopts a new identity to infiltrate the school and its century-old secret society in order to investigate her death. Patrick is also executive producing the ABC Studios production. ABC is expected to announce in May whether Kingmakers will be picked up to series.
Eisler recently finished scoring the first season of the Fox hit series Empire and also continues to score ABC’s Revenge. The composer also has the Lifetime original series UnReal coming up.
