John Dragonetti has been tapped to score the upcoming indie coming-of-age comedy drama Scout. The film is written and directed by Laurie Weltz (Wresting with Alligators) and stars India Ennenga, Nikki Reed, Danny Glover, Ellen Burstyn, James Frecheville, Onata Aprile and Shelly Hennig. The movie follows a rebellious young girl who convinces a suicidal young man to go on a road trip with her across Texas to track down her little sister, who’s been taken by their estranged carnie father. Beverley A. Gordon, Nic Emiliani and Dwjuan Fox are producing the project. Scout is currently in post-production and is expected to be released in 2015.
