Lionsgate Records will be releasing the official soundtrack album for the action film The Expendables 2. The album features the film’s original score composed by Brian Tyler (Fast Five, Eagle Eye) who previously scored the first installment in the series. The soundtrack will be released digitally on August 14, 2012 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Audio clips can be checked out after the jump. Overseas, the soundtrack is also set to be released physically on Silva Screen Records (click here for the alternate cover art). The Expendables 2 is directed by Simon West (Con Air) and stars Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Chuck Norris, Randy Couture, Terry Crews, Liam Hemsworth, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
