Mark Mothersbaugh is scoring the upcoming ensemble comedy What to Expect When You’re Expecting. The film is directed by Kirk Jones (Waking Ned Devine, Everybody’s Fine) and stars Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lopez, Elizabeth Banks, Chace Crawford, Brooklyn Decker, Anna Kendrick, Matthew Morrison, Dennis Quaid, Chris Rock and Rodrigo Santoro. The movie based on the New York Times bestseller by Heidi Murkoff follows five couples whose intertwined lives are turned upside down by the challenges of impending parenthood. Shauna Cross (Whip It) and Heather Hach (Freaky Friday) adapted the material for the screen. Mike Medavoy & Arnold Messner (Black Swan, Shutter Island), and David Thwaites (Miss Potter) are producing the Alcon Entertainment and Phoenix Pictures production.
