Rupert Gregson-Williams has recently scored the upcoming comedy That’s My Boy. The movie is directed by Sean Anders & John Morris (Sex Drive) and stars Adam Sandler, Andy Samberg, Leighton Meester, James Caan, Susan Sarandon, Milo Ventimiglia and Will Forte. The film centers on a father who moves in with his son on the eve of the young guy’s wedding and begins feuding with the bride. David Caspe (ABC’s Happy Endings) has written the screenplay and David Wain and Ken Marino (Role Models, Wanderlust) perfomed a rewrite.  Sandler is producing the film with Jack Giarraputo (Grown Ups, Click), Heather Parry & Allen Covert (The House Bunny). Gregson-Williams is continuing his relationship with Sandler’s production company Happy Madison Productions, for which has scored most of their features in the last couple of years, including last year’s Just Go With It, Zookeeper and Jack and Jill. That’s My Boy is set to be released on June 15, 2012 by Sony/Columbia Pictures. Check out the just released first red band trailer of the film below and visit the official movie website for updates on the comedy.

Gregson-Williams’ other upcoming projects include the action comedy Here Comes the Boom starring Kevin James. The film’s release date has been pushed back to October 12, 2012 since our previous announcement.
