Arista Records has released the first track from the soundtrack for the upcoming romantic comedy The Idea of You. Available to stream/download now on all major digital music is Dance Before We Walk written by Savan Kotecha & Carl Falk and performed by the fictional boy band August Moon. Also check out the official lyric video for the song, which is featured in the just released first trailer for the film, below. A full soundtrack album featuring more songs from the movie will be released on May 3. The Idea of You is directed by Michael Showalter (The Big Sick, The Eyes of Tammy Faye) and stars Anne Hathaway, Nicholas Galitzine, Ella Rubin, Annie Mumolo, Reid Scott, Viktor White, Raymond Cham and Jaiden Anthony. The movie (scored by Siddhartha Khosla) will premiere next week at the 2024 SXSW Film Festival and is set to debut on May 2, 2024 on Prime Video.
