WaterTower Music has released a digital version of the soundtrack album for the 1981 post-apocalyptic action sequel Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior co-written and directed by George Miller and starring Mel Gibson, Bruce Spence, Mike Preston, Vernon Wells and Max Phipps. The album features the film’s original music composed and conducted by Brian May (Mad Max, Cloak and Dagger, Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Varese Sarabande has previously released the original U.S. version of the soundtrack on vinyl and CD, while a limited edition vinyl edition was released in 2019 by Silva Screen Records. Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior is now available on VOD, Blu-ray and DVD.
