Composer Anthony Willis (M3GAN, How to Train Your Dragon: Homecoming, One Last Night) is reteaming with director Emerald Fennell on the upcoming comedy drama Saltburn. The film is written and directed by Fennell and stars Barry Keoghan, Jacob Elordi, Rosamund Pike, Richard E. Grant, Archie Madekwe and Alison Oliver. The movie follows a newly arrived Oxford University student struggling to fit in who gets drawn into the world of a charming and aristocratic young man who invites him to Saltburn, his eccentric family’s sprawling estate. Fennell is also producing the MRC Film and Amazon Studios production with LuckyChap Entertainment’s Josey McNamara (Boston Strangler, Dollface) and Tom Ackerley & Margot Robbie (Barbie, I, Tonya). Willis has previously scored Fennell’s 2020 directorial debut Promising Young Woman. Saltburn is expected to premiere at this year’s Telluride Film Festival and is scheduled to be released in select theaters on November 24 by MGM before expanding nationwide the following week.
