Königskinder will release a soundtrack album for the sci-fi thriller The Colony (Tides). The album features the film’s original music composed by Lorenz Dangel (The German Lesson, A Fortunate Man, What Will People Say, Hell, The Robber). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, August 26 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. The Colony is co-written and directed by Tim Fehlbaum and stars Nora Arnezeder, Sarah-Sofie Boussnina, Iain Glen, Sebastian Roché and Joel Basman. The movie is set in the distant future and follows a female astronaut, shipwrecked on the long-decimated Earth, as she must decide the fate of the wasteland’s remaining populace. The Constantin Film production, which premiered at this year’s Berlin Film Festival, will be released in select U.S. theaters and on VOD this Friday, August 27 by Saban Films.
