Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the HBO original movie The Wizard of Lies. The album features the film’s original music composed by Evgueni Galperine and Sacha Galperine (The Family, The Past, Madame Bovary, Nine Lives). The soundtrack will be released digitally on May 19, 2017 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The Wizard of Lies is directed by Barry Levinson (Rain Man, Donnie Brasco) and stars Robert De Niro and Michelle Pfeiffer as Bernie and Ruth Madoff, as well as Hank Azaria, Alessandro Nivola, Lily Rabe and Kristen Connolly.The movie revolves around Madoff’s massive Ponzi scheme, how it was perpetrated on the public and the trail of destruction it left in its wake, both for the victims and Madoff’s family.
