Yes, what a great news! Legendary loves Ramin, and rightfully so. 2016 is gonna be his year, and collaboration with such a great filmmaker as Zhang Yimou will surely bring us an astounding listening experience. As always, after all 😉

    • Linkword says:

…and who will composed by additional music? You? 😀

  2. Thiva says:

R.I.P Zhang Yimou. let me guess an orgy of “The Last Samurai” and the so called modern RCP sound. I was hoping to see Tan Dun or Shigeru Umebayashi even Tara Iwashiro.

  3. Nick D says:

So much complaining on this site. Especially about RCP. I guess those who cannot do bitch.

  4. Bruno Costa says:

Cutie. Ramin Djawadi is on scoring “The Great Wall” and marks the English language debut of Chinese film director Zhang Yimou. So, Ramin Djawadi, David S. Goyer’s collaborator is a genius.

I have such a genius of film composers like Craig Armstrong, David Arnold, Clint Mansell and Michael Giacchino. At the same time, Ramin Djawadi had been worked with a collaboration with your best friend and collaborator, writer/director David S. Goyer for example “Blade Trinity” and “The Unborn”.

He’s a genius. Ramin Djawadi is a genius.
