Aaron Zigman has been hired to score the upcoming comedy What’s Your Number? The comedy stars Anna Faris, Chris Evans, Zachary Quinto and Ryan Phillippe. The film is directed by Mark Mylod, who previously directed the features Ali G Indahouse and The Big White, as well as episodes of several TV shows including United States of Tara, Entourage and the upcoming Showtime show Shameless starring William H. Macy. What’s Your Number? centers around a woman, who looks back at the past twenty men she’s had relationships with in her life and wonders if one of them might be her one true love. 20th Century Fox will release the movie on April 29, 2011.

Zigman also has the drama The Company Men opening in theaters today. The movie is playing in a one week Oscar qualifying run in Los Angeles and New York before expanding to select cities in January of 2011. The film centers on a year in the life of three men trying to survive a round of corporate downsizing at a major company – and how that affects them, their families, and their communities. The Company Men is directed by John Wells and stars Ben Affleck, Chris Cooper, Maria Bello, Tommy Lee Jones and Kevin Costner. Zigman scored the film last year before it premiered at this year’s Sundance film festival where The Weinstein Company picked up distributions rights. No soundtrack release has been announced so far.

  1. Have you heard if the Aaron Zigman score or music from the movie is being released?

  2. Emma Cook says:

Good to hear new projects from this man again. I got to figure out why my sister finds him cute. The movie would help. Seems that ‘What’s your number’ is a nice movie. Looking back for her 20 ex. Interesting. I won’t do that.
