Milan Records will release the official soundtrack album for the Netflix original documentary Found. The album features the film’s original score composed by Toby Chu (Bao, Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return, Covert Affairs, Unforgettable, Henchmen). Also included is the original song Mystery of Me written by Chu, MILCK & Simon Wilcox and performed by Tony Award winner Phillipa Soo feat. MILCK. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, October 20. Check back on this page for the streaming/download link. Found is directed by Amanda Lipitz (Step) and tells the story of three adopted American teenage girls who discover that they are blood-related cousins and embark on a once in a lifetime journey to China together in search of answers, connections, and their lost history.

Toby Chu (Bao, Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return, Unforgettable, Covert Affairs, Henchmen) has composed the original score for the upcoming documentary Found. The film is directed by Amanda Lipitz (Step) and focuses on three American teenage girls (Chloe, Sadie and Lily) – each adopted from China – who discover they are blood-related cousins on 23andMe and are inspired to confront the burning questions they have about their lost history. The composer also co-wrote the original song Mystery of Me (performed by Tony Award winner Phillipa Soo feat. MILCK) with MILCK and Simon Wilcox for the movie.
Soundtrack EP for ‘Step’ Documentary to Be Released
Columbia Records will release a soundtrack EP for the documentary Step. The EP features the original end credits song Jump performed by Cynthia Erivo and co-written by Taura Stinson and the film’s composers Raphael Saadiq & Laura Karpman, as well as tracks by Fifth Harmony, Candace Coles, Tate Kobang & more. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow and will be available to download on Amazon. Step is directed by Amanda Lipitz and featuring Blessin Giraldo, Cori Grainger, Tayla Solomon, Gari McIntyre and Paula Dofat documents the senior year of a girls’ high-school step dance team against the background of inner-city Baltimore.
