‘One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest’ 50th Anniversary Edition Soundtrack Album Announced

Varèse Sarabande and Craft Recordings have announced a new vinyl reissue of the soundtrack album for the Academy Award-winning 1975 classic One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest directed by Miloš Forman and starring Jack Nicholson, Louise Fletcher, Will Sampson, Danny DeVito, William Redfield, Sydney Lassick, Christopher Lloyd and Brad Dourif. The 50th Anniversary Edition features the newly remastered Academy Award- and Grammy Award–nominated original score from from the film composed by Jack Nitzsche (An Officer and a Gentleman, Stand by Me, The Jewel of the Nile, Starman). The soundtrack will be released on November 14 in multiple collectible color variants, including traditional black vinyl (available to order now on Amazon and other record stores), Translucent Forest Green vinyl (available at Barnes & Noble) and Coke Bottle Clear vinyl (available exclusively in the Varèse Sarabande Store).
