Cleopatra Records will release a soundtrack album for the drama Street Survivors: The True Story of the Lynyrd Skynyrd Plane Crash. The album features Pat Traver’ cover of the Skynyrd classic Call Me the Breeze performed by Pat Travers, as well as songs performed by the sons of Skynyrd drummer Artimus Pyle. Also included are four tracks from the movie’s original score composed by Chris Ridenhour & Christopher Cano (Sharknado series, Zombie Tidal Wave, Flight 666) . The soundtrack is set to be released on June 26, 2020 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Street Survivors is directed by Jared Cohn and stars Ian Shultis, Sean McNabb, Tom Jenkins, Kelly Lynn Reiter, Anthony Traina and Mark Dippolito.

‘Farewell Herr Schwarz’ (‘Schnee von Gestern’) Soundtrack Released
Needlewood Records has released a soundtrack album for the 2014 German-Israeli documentary Farewell Herr Schwarz (Schnee von Gestern). The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award nominee Volker Bertelmann (aka Hauschka) (Lion, Adrift, Hotel Mumbai, The Art of Racing in the Rain, Patrick Melrose, Gunpowder). Farewell Herr Schwarz is directed by Yael Reuveny and centers on fate of siblings Michla and Feiv’ke Schwarz, two Holocaust survivors who never reunited after the war, one who emigrated to Israel, the other who stayed in communist East Germany.
Expanded ‘The River’ Soundtrack Album Announced
Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1984 drama The River directed by Mark Rydell and starring Sissy Spacek, Mel Gibson and Scott Glenn. The album features the expanded original score from the composed and conducted by John Williams (Star Wars, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Jaws, Schindler’s List, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone) who received an Academy Award nomination for his work. The releases includes a remastered version of the original 1984 soundtrack album, as well world premiere release of full the original soundtrack recording, including around 20 minutes of previously unreleased material. John Williams in Vienna Concert Album Announced
Deutsche Grammophon has announced the concert album John Williams in Vienna. The album features the the live recordings of the Hollywood legend’s Vienna Philharmonic 2020 debut. The composer shared the stage with violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter. Among the titles features on the release are Star Wars, Harry Potter, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Jurassic Park, E.T. the Extra-Terrestria’, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Jaws, Schindler’s List, Hook, War Horse, The Witches of Eastwick, Far and Away and The Adventures of Tintin. The album will be released on August 14, 2020. ‘Mystery Men’ Score Album Announced
La-La Land Records has announced the world premiere score album release for the 1999 superhero action comedy Mystery Men directed by Kinka Usher and starring Ben Stiller, Janeane Garofalo, Hank Azaria, Claire Forlani, Eddie Izzard, Greg Kinnear, William H. Macy, Kel Mitchell, Lena Olin, Paul Reubens, Geoffrey Rush, Wes Studi and Tom Waits. The album features the film’s original score composed by Academy Award winner Stephen Warbeck (Shakespeare in Love, Quills, Proof, Captain Corelli’s Mandolin), as well as additional music by Shirley Walker (Final Destination, Memoirs of an Invisible Man, Batman: The Animated Series). ‘Sanctuary’ (‘Santuario’) Soundtrack Released
Quartet Records has released a soundtrack album for the documentary Sanctuary (Santuario). The album features the film’s original music composed by Fernando Velazquez (The Impossible, A Monster Calls, Mama, Crimson Peak, Devil, The Orphanage) and Alfred Tapscott (Hasta que la boda nos separe). Sanctuary is directed by Álvaro Longoria and tells the story of a campaign to preserve the Antarctic Ocean by Greenpeace. The movie is produced by and features Spanish actors and brothers Carlos Bardem and Oscar winner Javier Bardem who currently act as Antarctic ambassadors, to preserve the Southern Ocean and are using the tools at their disposal to achieve mass awareness and support for this initiative.

The albums feature the original music from al four movies composed by Anthony Chue (Reign of Assassins, Divergence, Invisible Target, Bodies at Rest).
