The full details of the first soundtrack album for the Showtime original series Yellowjackets have been revealed. The album, entitled Blood Hive, features selections of the original score from the show’s first season composed by Craig Wedren (The School of Rock, We Hot American Summer, Role Models, GLOW, Fresh Off the Boat) & Anna Waronker (Shrill, Call Me Kat, Santa Inc.). Also included is an extended version of the show’s main title theme song No Return. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, April 15 by Lakeshore Records and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Yellowjackets is created by Ashley Lyle & Bart Nickerson and stars Melanie Lynskey, Juliette Lewis, Christina Ricci, Warren Kole, Ella Purnell, Tawny Cypress, Sophie Nélisse, Sophie Thatcher, Steven Krueger, Samantha Hanratty and Jasmin Savoy Brown. The series’ first season premiered last fall and a second season is in the works.
