Atlantic Screen Music/Filmtrax will release the official soundtrack album for the sci-fi disaster movie Moonfall. The album features the film’s original music composed by Thomas Wander & Harald Kloser (2012, The Day After Tomorrow, Midway, White House Down, Independence Day: Resurgence, 10,000 BC). The soundtrack will be released digitally on February 4, 2022 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Moonfall is co-written (with Kloser & Spenser Cohen) and directed by Roland Emmerich and stars Halle Berry, Patrick Wilson, John Bradley, Michael Peña, Charlie Plummer, Eme Ikwuakor, Kelly Yu, Carolina Bartczak and Donald Sutherland. The Centropolis Entertainment production takes place after a mysterious force knocks the Moon from its orbit around Earth and sends it hurtling on a collision course with life as we know it and follows a NASA executive and former astronaut who is convinced she has the key to save humanity, but only one astronaut from her past and a conspiracy theorist believes her.
