Heather McIntosh (Compliance, The Art of Self-Defense, Z for Zachariah, The Quarry, 6 Balloons)) is scoring the new Paramount+ original series Guilty Party. The show is created by Rebecca Addelman and stars Kate Beckinsale, Jules Latimer, Geoff Stults, Laurie Davidson, Andre Hyland, Tiya Sircar and Alanna Ubach. The comedy revolves around a discredited journalist desperate to salvage her career by latching on to the story of a young mother who has been sentenced to life in prison for maiming and murdering her husband. Addelman and Beckinsale are also executive producing the CBS Studios production with Mosaic’s Jimmy Miller and Sam Hansen, Funny Or Die’s Joe Farrell (American Vandal, No Activity), as well as Trent O’Donnell (Ride the Eagle, Saved by the Bell) who also directed multiple episodes. Guilty Party will premiere tomorrow, October 14 exclusively on Paramount+.
McIntosh also continues to score Showtime’s The L Word: Generation Q, which just finished its second season run earlier this week.
