Rupert Gregson-Williams (Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Hacksaw Ridge, The Crown, The Legend of Tarzan, Over the Hedge, Smallfoot) is the composer of the new HBO Max original series The Prince. The show is created by Gary Janetti (Will & Grace) who also stars as the fictionalized Prince George, alongside Orlando Bloom as Prince Harry, Alan Cumming as George’s butler Owen, Lucy Punch as Kate Middleton, Frances de la Tour as Queen Elizabeth, Condola Rashad at Meghan Markle, Dan Stevens as Prince Charles, Iwan Rheon as Prince William and Sophie Turner as Princess Charlotte. The animated comedy centers on the imagined inner workings of the royal family through the eyes of the youngest heir to the throne. Janetti is also executive producing the 20th Television Animation production with Joel Kuwahara and Scott Greenberg (Bob’s Burgers). The full first season of The Prince is premiering today exclusively on HBO Max.
Gregson-Williams’ recent projects also include the Netflix animated film Back to the Outback, which is expected to premiere later this year.
