Peter Raeburn (Woodshock, Nancy, Tell Me Your Secrets, Photograph, Molly Moon and the Incredible Book of Hypnotism) has composed the original score for the upcoming Netflix original film Things Heard & Seen. The movie is written and directed by Robert Pulcini & Shari Springer Berman (American Splendor, Cinema Verite) and stars Amanda Seyfried, James Norton, Natalia Dyer, Rhea Seehorn, Alex Neustaedter and F. Murray Abraham. The thriller is based on the novel All Things Cease to Appear by Elizabeth Brundange and revolves around a young woman who discovers that both her husband and their new home harbor sinister secrets after they leave Manhattan for small-town life. Anthony Bregman (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Foxcatcher), Stefanie Azpiazu (Enough Said, I’m Thinking of Ending Things) and Peter Cron (Every Day, Someone Great) are producing the Likely Stories production with Julie Cohen. Things Heard & Seen will premiere on April 30, 2021 on Netflix.
Raeburn’s other recent projects include Robert Connolly’s thriller The Dry, which was released in Australia earlier this year and will be released in select U.S. theaters and on VOD on May 21 by IFC Films.
