Silva Screen Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the British 60s sci-fi puppet series Fireball XL5 created by Gerry & Sylvia Anderson. The album features selections of the original music from sixteen episodes of the show composed by Barry Gray (Thunderbirds, UFO, Space: 1999, Supercar, Captain Scarlet), including the Fireball XL5 main theme and single version. Also included is the closing song Fireball performed by Don Spencer. The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, January 22 and will be available to stream/download here. A CD and vinyl version will be coming out later this month (visit Amazon to order both versions). The complete series of Fireball XL5 is now available on VOD and DVD.
