Editions Verde has announced a soundtrack album for the comedic thriller Blow the Man Down. The album features the film’s original music composed by Jordan Dyksrta & Brian McOmber (It Comes at Night, Krisha, Hail Satan?, Little Woods, Ugly). Also included are four traditional sea shanties sung by David Coffin (with the title track performed on-screen). The soundtrack will be released digitally on December 25, 2020. Blow the Man Down is written and directed by Bridget Savage Cole & Danielle Krudy and stars Morgan Saylor, Sophie Lowe, Margo Martindale, Marceline Hugot, Annette O’Toole and June Squibb. The movie revolves around two sisters grieving for the loss of their mother who suddenly find they have a crime to cover up. The thriller premiered at last year’s Tribeca Film Festival and is now available to stream exclusively on Amazon Prime.
