Dan Marocco (Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Demonic, Brotherhood, NTSF:SD:SUV) is scoring the upcoming Quibi original series Flipped. The show is created by Steve Mallory (The Boss) & Damon Jones and stars Will Forte, Kaitlin Olson, Eva Longoria, Arturo Castro and Andy Garcia. The comedy follows a chronically underemployed couple and self-proclaimed home renovation “experts” whose dreams of basic cable fame and glory are derailed when they get themselves kidnapped by members of a drug cartel and are forced to renovate their sprawling homes. Mallory and Jones are also executive the Funny or Die production with Joe Farrell and Jim Ziegler and Ryan Case who is also directing all episodes. Flipped will be available on the short form streaming service Quibi, which launches on April 6, 2020.
Marocco also continues to score NBC’s Brooklyn Nine-Nine, which currently airs in its seventh season Thursday nights on NBC and has already been renewed for an eighth season.
