La-La Land Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1989 action thriller Road House directed by Rowdy Herrington and starring Patrick Swayze, Sam Elliott and Kelly Lynch. The album features the expanded and remastered original score from the MGM release composed and conducted by Michael Kamen (Die Hard, Lethal Weapon, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, Mr. Holland’s Opus, X-Men), including several previously unreleased alternate cues. The label’s other new release is a 35th Anniversary reissue of the score album for the 1984 action comedy Beverly Hills Cop featuring music by Harold Faltermeyer.
