Justin Burnett has composed the original music for the film adaptation of Anna Todd’s best-selling novel After. The movie is directed by Jenny Gage and stars Josephine Langford, Hero Fiennes Tiffin, Selma Blair, Inanna Sarkis, Shane Paul McGhie, Pia Mia, Khadijha Red Thunder, Dylan Arnold, Samuel Larsen and Jennifer Beals. The romantic drama centers on a young woman armed with grand ambitions for her future, who meets a dark and mysterious man, a magnetic, brooding rebel who makes her question all she thought she knew about herself and what she wants out of life. Courtney Solomon (An American Haunting) and Mark Canton (300, The Spiderwick Chronicles) are producing the project for CalMaple Films, alongside with Jennifer Gibgot (Step Up, Tangled) for Offspring Entertainment, Anna Todd, Dennis Pelino and Aron Levitz. Burnett has previously scored the Solomon-directed & -produced features Dungeons & Dragons and Getaway. After will be released in theaters nationwide next Friday, April 12 by Aviron Pictures.
