Marc Maron and Tal Wilkenfeld have written and recorded an original track for the upcoming indie comedy drama Sword of Trust. The track will be featured during the end credits of the film directed by Lynn Shelton (Your Sister’s Sister, Laggies, Outside In) and starring Maron himself, Jon Bass, Michaela Watkins, Jillian Bell, Toby Huss, Dan Bakkedahl, Tim Paul and Whitmer Thomas. Shelton also co-wrote the screenplay with Mike O’Brien (A.P. Bio) and is producing the project with Ted Speaker. The movie also features other music by Maron originally recorded for his WTF podcast. Sword of Trust will premiere later this week at the SXSW Film Festival.
