Samuel Sim (Awake, The Halcyon, Home Fires) is currently scoring the upcoming ITV original series The Bay. The show is created by Daragh Carville (Being Human, The Smoke) & Richard Clark and stars Morven Christie, Jonas Armstrong, Tracie Bennett, Lindsey Coulson, Chanel Cresswell, Louis Greatorex, Adam Long, Taheen Modak and Daniel Ryan. The 6-part drama is set in the coastal town of Morecambe Bay and centers on a female detective who is assigned to a missing persons investigation in the unique village. Catherine Oldfield (Trauma, Bancroft) is executive producing the project for Tall Story Pictures. The Bay will premiere in the UK later this year on ITV.
Sim’s other upcoming projects include the BBC drama The Victim, the Netflix/Jim Henson Company series The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance (co-scored with Daniel Pemberton) and the Starz series The Spanish Princess (co-scored with Chris Egan).
