Sony Classical will be releasing the official soundtrack album for the critically acclaimed romance The Artist. The album includes the score from the movie by composer Ludovic Bource. The soundtrack will be released in the US on November 21, 2011 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Check out audio clips from all tracks on the album below. The soundtrack has already been released in France in October, where the label has also issued a special edition that includes the soundtrack and a DVD featuring special features about the making of the music for the film (click here to order the set as an import). The Artist is directed by Michel Hazanavicius and stars Jean Dujardin, Berenice Bejo, John Goodman, James Cromwell, Missi Pyle and Penelope Ann Miller. The movie has been receiving a lot of praise at the Cannes and Toronto Film Festivals and will most likely be a top contender for the main categories during the upcoming award season.
