Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the Lebanese drama The Insult. The album features the film’s original music composed by Eric Neveux (Intimacy, The Attack, Zombillenium, Cezanne et moi). The soundtrack is now available digitally overseas and will be released in the U.S. on March 2, 2018. Visit Amazon to pre-order the album. The Insult is co-written and directed by Ziad Douei and stars Adel Karam, Kamel El Basha, Rita Hayek, Christine Choueiri, Camille Salameh, and Diamand Bou Abboud. The movie is set in today’s Beirut and revolves around an insult blown out of proportion, which finds a Lebanese Christian a Palestinian refugee in court. The drama, which is one of the five movies on nominated for an Academy Awards in the foreign language category this year, was released in select theaters last month by Cohen Media Group.
