Michael Andrews is composing the score for the upcoming comedy sequel Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising. The film is directed by Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Get Him to the Greek) and stars Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, Rose Byrne, Chloë Grace Moretz, Dave Franco, Ike Barinholtz, Carla Gallo, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Kiersey Clemons and Beanie Feldstein. The movie follows Mac and Kelly who have a second baby on the way and learn that the new occupants next door are a sorority even more out of control than the frat boys they dealt with in the original movie. Rogen and Stoller have written the screenplay with Evan Goldberg and Andrew Jay Cohen. Rogen & Goldberg (This Is the End, The Interview) are also producing the project with James Weaver (The Night Before). Andrews has previously scored the 2014 original film and also collaborated with Stoller on 2012’s The Five-Year Engagement. Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising will be released on May 20, 2016 by Universal Pictures. To learn more about the film, visit the official movie website.
