Stephen Endelman is reuniting with director Raymond De Felitta on the upcoming ABC mini-series Madoff. The drama stars Richard Dreyfuss as Bernie Madoff, Blythe Danner as his wife Ruth, alongside Frank Whaley, Charles Grodin, Erin Cummings, Tom Lipinski, Lyne Renee and Lewis Black. The series follows the rise and fall of the former investment advisor and convicted felon, and the subsequent fallout on his family, associates and investors. Ben Robbins has written the scripts inspired by ABC News’ Brian Ross’ reports and his book The Madoff Chronicles. De Felitta (City Island) is directing the mini-series and Linda Berman and Joe Pichirallo (The Secret Life of Bees) are executive producing the Lincoln Square and ABC Studios production. Endelman and De Felitta have previously collaborated on the features Two Family House and Rob the Mob. Madoff is expected to premiere in 2016 on ABC.
